1.Global PC Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage to data that may occur. Please ensure that you have backed up your data.
2. Global PC warranty covers hardware faults only. Any faults deemed to be software related will incur a labour charge
3. Remote repairs are undertaken in the order they are received. Should a technician not be available instantly a request for urgent repairs will incur an additional charge.
4. All fees will be paid in full as specified on the Global PC rescue website www.gpcrescue.co.nz
5. The session will be recorded for training purposes. This recording can be made available to the customer upon request.
6. Estimates provided by Global PC are based on the best information at the time, final charges may vary.
7. Global PC will only carry out work requested by the customer before or during the session
8. The customer requesting the remote session must have authority to use the credit card provided
9. No credit will be provided for service work done. Full payment will be debited from the credit card provided upon the end of the remote session
10. Global PC reserve the right to install remote support software on a customers computer to assist in future support
11. Minimum charge of $25.00
12. The credit card will be authorized for $100.00 prior to commencement of the remote session
13. Remote service work is charged at : $60.00 per hour for Home Users | $95 + GST for Business Users, calculated per minute with a minimum charge of $25.00. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of the time taken to complete the work for their own records.
14. All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
