Re Peter Greenlees ..... give this man a pay rise ! I purchased $300 worth of ram today .... not really knowing what i was doing ... but Peter guided me thru the whole process clearly and politely .
Im attempting my own upgrade on a new HP 500-400a (for flightsim) but after seeing your range (with Peters help) of custom builds .... i wish i had seen you first.

We have just had some excellent customer service from your Tower Junction Store.
yesterday we required 2 BNC cables to use to sync. two high speed video carmeras used for forensic science research. These were very difficult to procure and Malcolm actually got in the cable from your other store and made them for us. we are so grateful and will definitely be back again for business and private purchases. Thank you so much

Today I had cause to visit the Tower Junction store as the hard drive on my old IBM Think Pad had cooked itself. I own a buisiness and the info stored on the old laptop is very valuable to me and needless to say I was concerned that I would lose everything.

I have to say that the help and assistance I received from Ben Smith and the effort he put into my loading up a new lap top for me in the configuration I needed (I am technologically challenged!) was nothing short of superb! I am now back up and running with everything including email working and in the config it appeared on my old desktop. Right down to my payrole system and electronic database. Well done to Ben and his efforts. If you have an employee award scheme then he is most certainly deserved of it. Many thanks for saving my bacon!!

Hi Michael,

Replacing Norton's with ESET has made an amazing difference, almost unbelievable. Downloading Emails, opening up the Email Browser plus the Internet and its many sites, almost immediate, and of course moving around
my files in the computer. I am really pleased and my time at the computer
is going to be lessoned I can see.

I received my GlobalPC desktop (intel i5 with 64GB static RAM, Windows 8) a few days ago after ordering on the internet. I decided to phone the 0800 number first and got John Canton who offered three other options, one of which I chose. He was always contactable and very helpful, My computer arrived in Queenstown in good time, well packaged and exactly as I had ordered, no nasty surprises, just total satisfaction without the need to purchase anything to get it up and running. The computer is well build, almost silent and VERY fast (thanks in part to GlobalPC installing the operating system on the static RAM). I highly recommend them.

As a slightly panicked PC owner with a suspected blown graphics card, I was very impressed by the fact that your technician provided instant, expert diagnosis and repair - and set up a new card on my elderly PC within minutes. I was just in at Homebase Shirley store today purchasing a new Router. Had some trouble with the setup at home and Logan fixed it all for me when I brought it back in. Didn't expect that sort of after-sales service and all sorted so fast too.

Computers are clever things, they manage to cr@p out on Friday when a project needs to be finished for Monday. Thank you Global PC for fixing it in two hours flat at no charge....not even for upgrading the cooling system! See there are good companies around who understand what 'under warranty' means. You get all my future business because of this attitude.

Hi, We, a few months ago bought a PC, then last week a Brother printer from your Tower Junction store. Along the way we have had a couple of minor technical issues, so have had a couple of dealings with the store. I feel I need to say that on all occasions our dealings with the staff have been exceptional! John's knowledge & advice in sales on both occasions was great and on Friday Michael in tech support was brilliant in getting our problem sorted in superquick time. It's just so good to deal with a place and come away feeling very happy with the service as opposed to unhappy which sadly happens too much. A big thumbs up from us and we'll certainly be back in the future! :-) Those boys deserve a pat on the back - also our previous tech support guy but dont know who that was.

Gidday, i have been shopping with the Homebase branch for a complete computer set up and just recently purchased a wireless modem & printer aswell. i Just wish to commend your staff at this branch for their excellent service, they did not push more items down my throat which made me feel comfortable and actually made me purchase more items with these 2 employees. The Lads that assisted me are Tristan & Tod. I wish for your company to acknowledge these 2 boys and make them aware of this feedback because when credit is due it IS to be given.

Once again top effort from these boys and thank you for all the extra assistance that they gave me with setting up all my new toys and the comfortable shopping experience I had.

I would like to thank your employee Logan, who recently helped me with my cable connection. I believe he far exceeded expectations in his customer support and service. He tried helping me over the phone, including after hours, on a number of occasions, but as with most pc issues they tend to be more involved than first thought. He worked on my pc for over an hour and got them up and running. I now have wireless internet and am extremely happy. Please send this email to the appropriate people so that Logan can get the full commendations for his outstanding service. My initial outlay was only for $150, however it certainly will not be my only purchase from Global PC in the future. Thank you

I would just like to say that the service I received from your staff was “outstanding” to say the least. I mainly dealt with Michelle and then Jonathon in your IT dept when issues arose. I found these people very helpful and customer focused and nothing was a bother to ask of them. I would recommend anyone I knew looking for pc parts etc to your store.
